Job description

A reputable client of ours is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to join their growing team while leading people and projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing grants and leading teams/initiatives effectively towards success. This is a full- time position.



The ideal candidate has experience with administering federal grants and program management. This person should be highly organized, adaptable to change, and must be comfortable in a start up environment

  • csPromote economic and community development with programming that aligns with State prioriti
  • esUse the established evaluation mechanisms that will be used to celebrate successes and to identify opportunities for program and process improvemen
  • tsCollaborate with State Program Managers and Local Development Districts to ensure timely completion of projects and technical assistance to current and future grant applican
  • tsCollaborate with staff in the creative development of new grant programs and the associated applications, grantee benchmarks, and reporting requiremen
  • tsEnsure effective communication with grant applicants and grant recipien
  • tsImplement fair and transparent processes and procedures for evaluating grant applicatio
  • nsCoordinate or provide technical assistance to applicants and awardees throughout the grant lifecyc
  • leProvide customer service and troubleshooting for projects, payments, processing, and other situations as need
