The Role:
We are looking for our next Global Project Leader (GPL) within our Large Capital Projects Management team. As part of the Product Line Management organization, this role is crucial in ensuring the financial success of our product lines through the management of large capital investment projects.As a Global Project Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing project teams, obtaining resources from key functions, and steering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all objectives.

What You’ll Do:
Manage the life cycle of several large-scale CAPEX projects from start to finish
Work closely with various departments, including Product Line, GBUs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and R&D, to ensure successful project delivery
Define project scope, targets, and challenges, identify macro-activities, manage budgets, planning and risks, and make decisions to ensure project progression
Encourage collaboration among teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by identifying areas of opportunity within the project scope. Be able to determine and implement innovative solutions with speed and determination
Remain adaptable to changing project requirements, while also maintaining discipline and compliance
Lead cross-functional teams by communicating effectively, providing coaching when necessary, and remaining organized
Possess a commitment to safety, health, and environment standards
What You’ll Need:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline required
Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Project Management within an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline
Position Type
This is a full-time position.
Business Travel:
Up to 20-25% business travel will be required when working on projects at other manufacturing plants (Keokuk, IA or Gurnee, IL)
