Responsibilities:
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general construction duties such as site clean-up, debris removal, and sweeping.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with assembling and disassembling temporary structures, such as scaffolding or barricades.
Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
