Freelance Marketing Manager

Our client, a prominent tech/ecommerce enterprise, is looking for a contract Marketing Manager to lead strategic and creative initiatives within their teams. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee complete project delivery, aid in the creation of creative briefs, and evaluate the performance of initiatives to guide future strategies. Join us to craft impactful marketing solutions on a large scale. This role will be hybrid and 3 days of your choice in the Nashville office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete project delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative briefs.
• Evaluate initiative performance and apply data-driven insights for future planning.
• Work with designers, producers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver targeted content.
• Innovate solutions to address internal customer challenges.
• Implement scalable strategies to inform and convert target audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in Marketing or Creative roles within an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting a global marketing organization.
• Strong project management and client service skills.
• Deep understanding of creative processes and production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for effective communication and collaboration.
• Experience in agile content development environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Advocacy for best practices and continuous process improvement.
• Skill in using research and data to shape content strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong bias for action, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in Recruitment Marketing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Asana Project Management tool is a plus.
• Ability to transition smoothly between business, solutioning, and scaling tasks.
