Event Manager (Global Events) - Full time Contract (2 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Event Manager to join our dynamic Global Events team. This contract position will play a key role in planning and executing successful corporate meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand event goals, objectives, and target audiences.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned events.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for venues, catering, audio/visual, and other event services.
• Manage logistics, including room blocks, travel arrangements, and on-site registration.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operation.
• Develop and manage attendee communications before, during, and after the event.
• Track and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, etc.) to ensure brand alignment.
• Analyze post-event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Second language is a Huge bonus
