Education And Experience »
Experience implementing a Maintenance Management system at a government organization. Preference would be given to those who have implemented Agile Assets or CityWorks.
Some other maintenance management systems similar to Agile Assets or CityWorks that can search for: IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, eMaint, Fiix, AssetWorks, Maintenance Connection, Dude Solutions.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
Develop a change management plan that includes communication and training to ensure that end-users are prepared for the new system's implementation.
Making sure integrations with other systems at client are identified and successful.
Follow a communication plan that includes regular status updates with implementor and stakeholder engagement.
Manage vendor and implementor relationships to ensure that deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Work closely with client project manager, to ensure the system meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
