Responsibilities
As the Engineering Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
Driving the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Growing and scaling the engineering function alongside the VP engineering.
Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the HealthTech industry.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering management role.
Proven experience with Python, React, and other relevant technologies.
Experience in the HealthTech industry is strongly preferred.
