THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with financial services clients (e.g., banks, private equity firms) to develop relationships, acquire new business, and manage project deliverables
  • Develop relationships with client decision makers, identify leads, and contribute to the development of proposals that turn into client engagements, with a focus on M&A due diligence
  • Manage client engagements in M&A due diligence and maintain quality control, budget, and schedule of deliverables, with a focus on technical and market due diligence
  • Exceed client expectations of quality
  • Liaise with the Project Executive on the quality of analysis, strategic input, etc


Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience within the industry with a specific technical/commercial due diligence experience
  • Specific experience selling and/or delivering due diligence to the financial services sector (banks, PE, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Experience of delivering business cases to sponsors and investors


Personal Qualities:

  • Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly on new initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business professional English
  • Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
  • Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
  • Flexible and willing to work extra hours as necessary to accommodate busy work loads
