eCommerce Growth Manager


ROLE INSIGHTS


The eCommerce Growth Manager will build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel. You will plan and execute the growth strategies for our B2C, D2C and/or CPG clients, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing.

As the Growth Manager you will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience; finding opportunities to forge authentic relationships with target audiences to build consideration for our clients’ products, support customer acquisition, activation, cross-selling and up-selling.

Working cross-functionally with the content team, design team, community and engagement teams, and the extended marketing team, you will implement data-driven growth plans. We are looking for a deeply experienced and data driven professional to help us build winning funnels and flywheels for our clients.


In this role, you will be responsible to constantly run experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives. You will also work collaboratively with the branding team to reach registration and revenue goals, including the design and implementation of awareness initiatives leveraging on the extended marketing team’s support. We expect you to be highly analytical, testing oriented and obsessed with measuring and reporting results.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for zero to one
  • Develop, execute, coordinate, and measure integrated to support consistent and relevant demand generation.
  • Build marketing plans for customer retention, engagement and loyalty and develop reporting of customer data and engagement metrics.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns/initiatives: assess against goals (ROI & KPI) and optimize investment decisions based on ROI/ROAS.
  • Work with internal and external resources to create and craft compelling content, offers, and assets to educate customers via social media, ads, influencers collabs, growth hacking, webinars, emails, SEO, SEM, stunts, subway ads or billboards, etc. focusing on a data driven approach.
  • Build yearly, quarterly and monthly financial targets for our clients, as well as the respective marketing plans and performance reporting to fully understand the impact of the marketing activity across all channels.
  • Implement funnels testing and A/B test to recommend innovative ways to increase conversions at every step of the funnel through campaign content, retargeting, personalization, etc.
  • Communicate with the clients on a weekly and/or daily basis (ad hoc) and ensure full visibility into the marketing initiatives, weekly tasks, monthly targets, results, and KPIs.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5+ years’ experience in Consumer Growth Marketing.
  • Experience working with several clients at once
  • Hands-on experience running demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis and segmentation.
  • Analytical with a desire to launch, learn and iterate to continually improve programs.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops-discovery, brainstorming, review and final read-out.
  • Solid background in customer acquisition/retention strategies.

FUTURE OF THE ROLE:

The contractor role has the potential to transition into a Head of B2C Growth Marketing, contingent upon the performance of the Contractor and the future prospects and growth trajectory of the Company.

The transition is dependent on monthly evaluations and demand needs and to be consistent with compensation as well.
