What you will be doing:

As the Ecommerce Coordinator it will be your responsibility to make it easy and intuitive for customers to buy our products by streamlining the shopping experience across our online channels. You will assist in establishing and overseeing new e-commerce channels, coordinating inventory management, and collaborating with customer service teams to effectively address any customer issues that may arise throughout the sales process. You will also collaborate closely with the design and development teams to optimize current user experiences, design new ones, and create campaigns to promote across networks and platforms.

What you need to succeed:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing online sales channels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. An individual with passion, a positive attitude and with the rights skills is the person we want joining ID&C.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)
• Skills in digital marketing, including SEO and email marketing.
• Competence in utilizing digital analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective planning and prioritization abilities.
• Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Results-driven mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis in Photoshop
• Stays up to date with industry news and best practices.

Even better if you have:

• Basic HTML skills.
• Specific knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central & Magento 2.
• Familiarity with image and video editing software.
• Experience in the hotel or events industry.
• Skills with writing engaging, on-brand ad copy
