Fabletics, Inc. is currently looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator for YITTY.

How Do You Fit In? 

As the E-commerce Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing the marketing site experience, leveraging data to determine what is most impactful, participating in strategic brand initiatives, and assisting in marketing promotions in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate would be technically savvy and very motivated to optimize the efficiency of an effective funnel experience.

This position will report to the Sr Manager of Site Merchandising & Ecommerce

What You Can Bring

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing an e-commerce platform; online marketing is a must
  • Experience working with CMS, CSS, JIRA/Asana, or Shopify
  • Solution-based mentality able to tackle multiple site bugs every week
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, excellent time management, and reliable
  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task, and switch tasks fluidly
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software
  • Passion for DTC experience and e-commerce
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with Builder.io
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Heap, or Tableau with the ability to analyze and make recommendations based on findings
  • Experience implementing A/B testing setup
  • HTML coding is a plus

What You Will Do

  • Develop, QA & optimize site experience for multiple segments of customers daily
  • Assist in pushing all promotion and brand marketing assets live on Yitty.com
  • Setup promo on the backend and ensure seamless execution
  • Partner with brand marketing and site merchandising teams to conduct site analysis and create a strategy to streamline and enhance site experience through asset planning, mapping, and prioritization with critical attention to detail
  • Report on weekly site traffic, observe customer behavior, and make recommendations for future
  • Troubleshoot site issues with product and/or cross-functional marketing team members as needed, as well as present ideas for site improvements when applicable
  • Stay very organized to ensure that all marketing campaigns and promotions are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible 
  • Analyze data, interpret trends, draw conclusions, and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Competitive site research

The annual base salary range for this position is from $60,000-$65,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
