Supervise and assist clinicians in the use of formal and informal resources for the client, including transition, discharge, and aftercare plans of behavioral health services, outreach services, etc.
Aid clinicians in the development of programs directed at expanding the continuum of services in collaboration with the clinical team members.
Engage in clinical collaboration in the coordination of services with other third-party agencies, such as Child Protective Services (CPS), Probation/Parole Department, Division of Developmental Disabilities

Qualifications
Master's Degree in human services field preferred
Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW) conferred by the AZBBHE
2+ years of behavioral health work experience
2+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, but not required
