Director of Finance and Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities include:

• Develop metrics programs including what KPIs should be measured, how to track the KPIs, proper reporting and interpretation of KPIs
• Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency, develop plan for improvement and execute plan
• Key leader in developing business strategy and road map for execution of strategy
• Financial and Operational reporting and presentation of reports that include forecasting and proposed strategy
• Manage Capital Expenditure and Budget requests and approvals
• Lead, guide, develop, and mentor financial staff and support individual career ambition while building business succession plans

Requirements include:

• Bachelor Degree, MBA Preferred
• Manufacturing Experience
• Experience managing strategic financial functions and developing business strategy
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions that support operational success and profitability
