Director – Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Director, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that further a culture of inclusion and belonging. The Director will utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, design and deploy strategies that continue to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. The individual will possess strong relationship management, project management, collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, via our colleague networks, executive branches and cultural/heritage month celebrations:
  • Leverage internal and external data to understand strengths and opportunities to design multi-year initiatives that ensure continued impact
  • Lead and support the daily operations of global colleague networks and executive branches, providing effective guidance, governance, and oversight to executive sponsors, and colleague network leaders; ensuring alignment and integration of their strategic plans and programming with the goals of the enterprise DE&I approach
  • End to end management and production planning of:
    • Cultural/heritage moments acknowledged at the enterprise level, couple with oversight and guidance provided to locally acknowledged moments; and
    • Executive forums, including colleague network townhalls
  • Provide consultation and guidance to colleague strategic partners and business leaders on the impactful management of local colleague network chapters
  • Support the development of inclusive policies, products and services via leveraging the colleague networks as a vehicle to provide feedback
  • Monitor external news trends and best practices globally, developing and recommending actions for emerging needs
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members.

You have:

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative, impactful and measurable strategic initiatives. Able to articulate vision and metrics of success and directives in an easy-to-follow manner
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with an enterprise mindset are essential
  • Ability to work seamlessly across different levels and teams, engaging with front line colleagues to C-suite level leaders
  • Demonstrated success in written, verbal, and presentation skills, especially to senior executives
  • Able to collaborate and gain consensus through listening, negotiation and influence
  • Able to handle complex, sensitive internal and external issues with the colleague and customer
  • Preferred experience in at least 2 of the following areas ideally over 5+ years: Global Inclusion & Diversity (DEI), Project Management (Organization, Planning, Collaboration, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success leading others, sharing information, connecting dots, and working effectively across teams
  • Experience leading and executing large scale events is a plus

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
