We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Job Description: The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and promote the Beverages and its associated products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
  • Lead and manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email/SMS marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content, including videos, blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies utilizing the company website and Amazon to increase online sales and customer retention.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively converting visitors into customers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other digital media partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) in a digital marketing leadership role, preferably within the beverage industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email/SMS marketing, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Social Snowballetc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, wellness, and making a positive impact.
