Senior Business Director at Hays USA - HR, Sales & Marketing
This role is most likely to start as a 6-month contract (freelance) role for 3-4 days per week (30-32 hours per week). This is flexible.

Our client is a highly acclaimed global certification organization that specializes in helping businesses around the world accelerate their best HR practices and get recognized as an employer of choice. They are currently seeking a dynamic America's Marketing Manager to join their team in New York who can focus on helping the sales team drive leads, revenue and sales.
Your new role
You will collaborate with the global marketing team and different business units to roll out relevant B2B marketing strategies and campaigns with the focus on driving MQL and/or SQL. You will also enhance market visibility and brand recognition to provide the Sales team with consistent lead generation that drive revenue and growth.
What you will need to succeed
5-7 years of B2B Marketing experience (specifically with brand and digital marketing) ideally within HR services or staffing industry.
Proven track record of generating sales-qualified leads for commercial teams that grows revenue.
Experience with marketing automation and campaign management is a must.
Strong utilization of SQL and MQL, and use of Salesforce
Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively.
