Purpose of Position:
Handles day-to-day data management tasks such as data entry, data cleansing, and data migration. Assists with troubleshooting data-related issues and supporting end-users with data-related inquiries. This role, at its core, ensures data quality; supports data quality management and data scoring.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely input of data into databases and systems.
Execute data cleansing activities to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies in datasets.
Support data migration projects by assisting in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to move data between systems.
Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency across various databases and platforms.
Assist in developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and anomalies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to data management systems and processes.
Document data management procedures, workflows, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
Assist in generating and maintaining data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure that data management practices align with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data management and analytics.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and expertise in data operations and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in data management workflows.

Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Excel Competency
Exposure to CRM related skills (i.e. SalesForce; Microsoft Dynamics; HubSpot; etc.)
Familiarity with third-party data resources: ZoomInfo; LinkedIn Sales Navigator; GlobalData; etc.
Familiarity with reporting and dashboards. Power BI experience preferred
