Purpose of Position:


Handles day-to-day data management tasks such as data entry, data cleansing, and data migration. Assists with troubleshooting data-related issues and supporting end-users with data-related inquiries. This role, at its core, ensures data quality; supports data quality management and data scoring.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely input of data into databases and systems.
  • Execute data cleansing activities to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies in datasets.
  • Support data migration projects by assisting in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to move data between systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency across various databases and platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and anomalies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to data management systems and processes.
  • Document data management procedures, workflows, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
  • Assist in generating and maintaining data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure that data management practices align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data management and analytics.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and expertise in data operations and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in data management workflows.


Technical Skills


  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Excel Competency
  • Exposure to CRM related skills (i.e. SalesForce; Microsoft Dynamics; HubSpot; etc.)
  • Familiarity with third-party data resources: ZoomInfo; LinkedIn Sales Navigator; GlobalData; etc.
  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboards. Power BI experience preferred
