Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial services and insurance sectors.
Utilize provided leads to drive sales and meet sales targets.
No cold calling, door-to-door, or network marketing involved.
Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain a strong client focus and uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness.
Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
Work independently in a self-paced environment while staying driven and self-motivated.
Qualifications
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to maintain a client-focused approach while meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
Experience in financial services or insurance sales is a plus but not required.
