Responsibilities
Develop and refine innovative, high-quality menus that engage our guests and set our dining experience apart.
Efficiently manage kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets the highest standards.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, cultivating a culture of passion, precision, and professionalism.
Collaborate with management to implement culinary strategies that align with our operational goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage the recruitment and development of kitchen staff, ensuring ongoing professional growth and education.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate modern, creative culinary techniques.
Oversee all aspects of the food preparation process, from concept to execution, including inventory and purchasing management.
Partner with the marketing team to effectively promote the brand, mission, and menus.
Analyze and optimize budgets to improve profitability.
Qualifications
Extensive experience (5 years) in a culinary leadership role, ideally as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef, in high-volume restaurant settings.
Deep knowledge of Mexican cuisine with a proven ability to innovate menu offerings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and health regulations.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative mindset with a commitment to food quality and presentation.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
Culinary school certification or similar qualification is highly desirable.
