We are seeking an exceptional Regional Culinary Director to oversee all culinary operations for an upscale restaurant group in the Cincinnati, OH area. This restaurant group has a collection of chef-driven concepts that range from casual cuisine to fine-dining. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for the restaurant industry and wants to join a great with great work-life balance.


Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus, medical benefits, PTO, and more!


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of multi-unit Chef experience in an high-volume scratch kitchens
  • Hiring, training, and developing key restaurant employees
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Great leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
