YOUR MISSION: As the Culinary Director of Frankie & Jos, you embody connection and are grounded. You embody creative strategies and a passion to always find the path to the vision. You are a self-starter, self-motivated, self-reflective and excited to peel away the layers. And you also love working inside of a team and leading a team.
You are fully in charge of the day-to-day operations of our culinary department. Your superpower is planning and creating strategies, schedules and are punctual, organized and very detail-oriented. This includes creating and making 12-20 new ice creams and products each year that are creative and on brand and inspire and fulfill our guests, making sure your kitchen management team grows in leadership and stays inspired, and that our COGS are in line with our goals. You are also responsible for streamlining and growing our kitchens efficiency and researching ways to create a streamlined workflow as we grow.
BENEFITS:
Full time salaried position at $75,000- $100,000 DOE
