Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls from consumers seeking debt management help.
Discuss available options with potential consumer credit clients based on budget analysis and debt management strategies.
Follow up with prospective clients.
Enroll new consumer credit clients in appropriate debt consolidation programs.
Verify client-provided information using databases and other information sources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Education: College Degree Preferred -but will train the right candidate with a High School Degree or Equivalent.
Experience: Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with a comfort and enthusiasm for engaging with clients over the phone.
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
