What You Bring To The Table

Beck is looking for a talented Creative Manager to support an extraordinary team in Dallas, TX. This individual will work closely with or visual communications, and marketing team, while reporting directly to the Director of Visual Communication. As the Creative Manager, you will support in achieving marketing objectives and firmwide strategies by creating and overseeing visual assets that adhere to our brand identity and enhance our visual brand presence across all platforms.

This job involves the following essential functions:

  • Creative Strategy: Contributing to the development and execution of creative strategies aligning with the firm's marketing objectives and brand vision.
  • Visual Asset Creation: Leading the creation of compelling visual assets such as graphics, photographs, videos, infographics, and presentations, essential for the successful execution of marketing plans and pursuits.
  • Brand Management: Creating and maintaining company brands and internal sub-brands and enforcing brand guidelines across all platforms, including jobsites, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collateral Management: Creating and maintaining marketing collaterals in various media formats.
  • Website Management: Overseeing the company website, ensuring they are SEO-optimized, and managing other internal and external websites (Squarespace).
  • Marketing Tools Management: Managing various tools, including Vimeo, ISSUU, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining our digital asset management system to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets, including OpenAsset, InDesign Libraries, BPM, SharePoint, etc.
  • Corporate Support: Providing visual support for internal client requests.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Fostering a collaborative and innovative environment by training other professionals.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

Successful candidates will have superior prospect management skills, possess the ability to motivate others to reach deadlines and be highly communicative among the team. In addition, Senior Marketing Coordinators are expected to maintain a robust library of materials and serve as a knowledge expert for project teams.

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • 6+ years of industry/relevant experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of advanced layout and graphic design principles
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask
  • Experience in proposal development for professional services firms (examples or portfolio a plus)
  • Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines
  • Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
