Controller Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute financial reports, including year-end, quarter, and month-end reports, budgets, and forecasts; review and explain results to relevant groups.
• Provide cost management insights and financial analyses for capital investments, pricing decisions, sales performance, and cost efficiencies to the leadership team.
• Manage the Accounting team, including Assistant Controller, Accountants, A/P, A/R, Billing, and Administrative staff; ensure accurate processing of A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations.
• Drive ERP implementation and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and organizational adaptation.
• Oversee the annual budget production, expense reporting process, and Capital Expenditure requests and reporting.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, issue timely financial statements, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Regional Travel as planned or requested, about 10 - 15 days a year.
  
  

Controller Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience required
• CPA or CMA required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
