Join our nationwide beauty retailer as a Contract Administrative Assistant in Bolingbrook. You’ll support the Product Life Management team by managing product disposition tasks, including SKU maintenance and operational support.


Responsibilities:

  • SKU Maintenance: Update disposition details for all SKUs as directed by buyers.
  • Operational Support: Assist in category transitions and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Logistics: Coordinate return processes and manage clearance markdowns.
  • Demonstrate timely decision-making, continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and effective communication.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must have Buyer experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SAP, SAP HANA, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and professionalism required.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
