Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing extensive concierge services for the workspace tenants
Driving promotion of amenities for tenants and developing new ideas for services that would be important for their clients
Managing events and programs offered to tenants
Showing a variety of spaces and providing workspace options to prospective tenants
Managing invoices for tenants and vendors
Upselling services and conference room spaces
Assisting with renewal processing
Mentoring and developing team members
Walking through spaces with potential tenants and brokers
Preparing bill-backs to tenants for additional services
Building relationships with tenants
Communicating with General Manager on projects and providing support
Special Skills:
Strong people and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong mentorship and development skills
Must Have:
BA or BS
MS Office Skills
2+ years of experience within co-working property management or hospitality sales
