Our client, one of the largest Ferrous & Non Ferrous Recyclers Globally, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead all aspects related to the purchase and sale of Titanium Scrap across the organization.
In this role, the Commercial Manager is responsible for fully understanding the dynamics of the Titanium market & building upon the existing client base.
Responsibilities
Manage all purchasing and selling of Titanium throughout the company
Knowledgeable in market trends, end users, metal grades, material processing techniques & consumers
Ensure the timely & efficient processing of scrap metals on location
Strong Negotiation Skills Related to Contracts, Pricing and Sales Terms
Sound Business Sense to Maximize Profitability & Recognize Risks
Identify Market Trends & Leverage Data to Uncover New Business Opportunities
Meet with clients in-person & virtually
Qualifications
MUST have knowledge of Titanium grades, quality & grading standards
Previous Experience as a Metal Buyer
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent experience in related field
Prior Relationships or contacts in Titanium or Ferro-Titanium Industry
Compensation: Base salary up to 125k/year, plus an annual bonus.. Our client also offers comprehensive health benefits and 401k with a company match.
