A nationwide specialty firm with over 200 attorneys is seeking a partner with a focus on litigation or employment law to co-head it’s Dallas office. The firm’s Dallas office currently has a half dozen attorneys and the firm as a whole has had consistent growth since its formation 30+ years ago. The firm specializes in employment law, professional liability, and first party insurance litigation. Although they are seeking an attorney with at least some portable business, the firm has some current clients in Dallas that will allow this new hire to immediately expand their practice if desired. In addition, the firm frequently has cross-selling and other marketing opportunities in the DFW area with its existing clients. This firm has very competitive billing rates, which makes marketing much easier than with the much higher rates charged by many in the Dallas area. It also has a collegial and cooperative culture with low turnover among its ranks, remote flexibility, full benefits, and administrative support.
