Set up, select and change tooling according to work order packets
Care and basic maintenance of machines and tooling
Inspect/measure parts using calipers, veneers, micrometers & gauges; read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Responsible for quality of the parts produced
2nd shift: 2:30pm-12:30am Mon.-Fri.
Pay rate: $22/hr.-$30/hr. based on experience.

Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with CNC Mills
Experience working with Mazak machines is preferred; other experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Tsugami, Miyano or Swiss machines is helpful
Knowledge of machining processes, tolerances and tooling
Ability to read/write English to understand work orders, routings, blueprints and drawings
Skilled in basic shop math
High school diploma or equivalent required; CNC training preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Inspect/measure parts using calipers, veneers, micrometers & gauges; read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations (i.e. lockout/tagout, machine guarding)
Effective communication skills: must be able read and write clearly and concisely in English and understand/follow written work instructions and company procedures
Ability to use company communication tools, including email and Microsoft Word/Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds periodically throughout the shift and standing/walking/bending/squatting regularly throughout the workday
