About the Role:

Role Location: Tampa, FL Headquarters

In this role you will:

  • Own the development, technical vision and execution of the product roadmap to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
  • Define and implement best practices and standards for software development, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, microservices architecture, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.


You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

  • Experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
