Continuously strengthen its systems, infrastructure, and processes to unlock the platform’s full organic growth potential, optimize margins, and ensure its ability to seamlessly integrate add-on acquisitions. Acquire add-ons that will add scale, product, cross-sell, and multiple arbitrage.

THE SPONSOR: This Chicago-based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include investing in the manufacturing, consumer product, distribution, healthcare, and non-financial service sectors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: E-Commerce
• Functional: CEO or President leading a Middle Market E-commerce company OR a number two leader within a larger
• Orientation: Heavy Marketing orientation is required with related experience across sales strategy, and operations
• Private Equity: Not required
• M&A: Solid integration experience is highly preferred
• Tenure: 20-35+ years of progressive career success
