Position Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead with a strategic focus on driving growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and growth plans in alignment with the board of directors.
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s client base.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the company's profitability and financial health.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of flexible packaging and powder filling processes, with a strong technical and operational background.
Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing financial performance, with a strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
