Responsibilities for the CAD Designer include:
Developing components throughout the entire design process
Creating and editing CAD drawings in compliance with ASME standards
Acting as technical support for the creation of technical publications and presentations
Designing test equipment for lab tests
Requirements for the CAD Designer include:
Associates Degree in Design/Drafting preferred
At least 2 years of experience as a mechanical CAD Designer using 3D CAD design packages
Must be proficient in parametric modeling of components
Familiar with casting, forgings, weldments, stampings, and extrusions is preferred
Understanding of ANSI Y145M 1982 and ASME Y14.5M
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
