The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team to capitalize on the evolving landscape of private credit. As seasoned veterans in the non-bank lending space since 2007, we are uniquely positioned to lead the charge in bringing multiple lenders to the table, facilitating complex transactions with creative solutions.
About The Role
After a record-breaking 2023, we are expanding our Business Development team to achieve even greater success. Business Development Officers play a pivotal role in nurturing existing partnerships and forging new ones. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets, strategic planning, and adaptability in a dynamic market environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners nationwide, including ABLs, private equity sponsors, investment banks, attorneys, and business consultants.
Manage a pipeline of current and prospective partnerships to drive business growth.
Motivate and incentivize partners to remain engaged and refer business.
Represent the organization at conferences and tradeshows.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on managing strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated success in relationship building and leading strategic initiatives.
Strong network with clients in commercial finance, factoring, ABL, and private equity markets.
Ability to influence and engage partners across various industries.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellence.
