Job Title: Automation QA Engineer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Description

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as software quality assurance analyst and some software development experience.
  • Hand on experience in Automation Framework ( Preferably Robo Framework)
  • Willingness to work from 7:30 AM EST / 5 PM IST so that there is overlap with India Team
  • Experience developing/analyzing test cases/plans
  • Ability to break down an ambiguous problem and define it more clearly.
  • Ability to work within a team asking for clarification when needed.
  • Familiar with good programming standards documentation, commenting code and doing standard testing.
  • Ability to work with others on features.
  • Essential Skills (Technical/Nontechnical)
  • Test case management and defect tracking tools.
  • ALM, Octane/Rally, familiar with UFT or other testing tools.
  • Database (MSSQL), SQL Queries, basic programming knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of debugging tools to address defects, performance, and stress testing issues.
  • Good knowledge of system, functional and UAT testing.
  • Defect tracking and Motivated to learn and stay up to date with emerging and relevant technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting, discussing, and documenting technical information.
  • Ability to voice opinions, present clear rationale and use data or factual evidence to influence decision.
