Calling all AP Specialists! LHH is partnering with a client in Gresham, Oregon that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a 2-3 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounts payable experience, as well as strong software knowledge. This is a good opportunity if you are looking for a hybrid role with flexible hours. In this role, you will:
Enter invoices into the vouching system with correct codes
Work closely with vendors via email and phone communication
Print time sheets, invoices, vouchers, and receipts
Perform other duties assigned
To be a fit, you must have:
5+ years’ experience working with accounts payable
10 key touch experience
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Employment Type: Temp (2-3 months)
Compensation: $25-30/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
