Calling all AP Specialists! LHH is partnering with a client in Gresham, Oregon that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a 2-3 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounts payable experience, as well as strong software knowledge. This is a good opportunity if you are looking for a hybrid role with flexible hours. In this role, you will:

  • Enter invoices into the vouching system with correct codes
  • Work closely with vendors via email and phone communication
  • Print time sheets, invoices, vouchers, and receipts
  • Perform other duties assigned
  • To be a fit, you must have:

    • 5+ years’ experience working with accounts payable
    • 10 key touch experience
    • Ability to multitask
    • Attention to detail


    Employment Type: Temp (2-3 months)

    Compensation: $25-30/hr. USD

    Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
