Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a well-established media company in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is an on-site, direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $50,000-55,000/year. **Familiarity with Netsuite software and 3-way matching preferred!**

Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile a high volume of invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure all invoices are properly coded

Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding, and matching of invoices/receipts

Maintain vendor database and W9 forms

High volume accounts payable entry and reconciliations

Cut and mail vendor checks weekly

Assist with the month end close process and financial reporting

Create AP journal entries for general ledger

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of accounts payable/multiple entity experience

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with ERP/Accounting Software such as Netsuite
