Who You Are

We are looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn the financial products/services. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial industry.


What You'll Do

  • Provide the tools needed for employees to successfully create and complete an expense report
  • Assist with answering questions employees may have regarding expense reporting
  • Review expense reports timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies-Coordinate with various department managers to obtain proper expense approvals
  • Track expense reporting receivables, when applicable
  • Maintain all aspects of company-cardholder cards
  • Assist in compiling the expense accrual as part of the month-end closing process
  • Assist with posting supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Research and resolve invoice issues
  • Coordinate with various department managers to obtain proper invoice approvals
  • Assist with maintaining up-to-date supplier records (i.e. W-9's, banking details, remit-to addresses)
  • Special projects, as required


What You'll Need

  • Associates Degree in Accounting/Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software preferred (Workday)
  • Be able to meet deadlines without issue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with high-level employees
  • Proven work ethic (experience in related field a plus)
  • Willingness to work both independently and in a group setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills a must
  • Highest ethical standards
