Our client, a private real estate and development company in Orlando who is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$40,000 – $60,000
Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist will work alongside the corporate team to support the companies operations. The Accounts Payable Specialist will primarily be involved in processing invoices for multiple entities.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist
Performing 2-way and 3-way match of invoices to ensure coding and expenses are accurate
Creating reports for vendors on outstanding invoices
Recording AP journal entries
Reconciliation of vendor accounts to monthly statements to identify billing discrepancies
Resolving discrepancies in billings and maintaining up to date W-9 and COIs
Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist
Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
At least 2 years of relevant experience and basic understanding of accounting principles
Solid written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required
Some college or Bachelors degree is preferred
