Here's how you can maximize your Enterprise Software internship experience.
I think the big thing for interns is to show your employer you’re willing to work harder than everyone else. Fact is, today, most people just don’t want to work that hard. If you landed the internship, the company already knows you’re smart and have the basic education nailed - no need to prove that any further. The way to stand out is to go above and beyond by putting in the cycles, being proactive about taking on more and harder tasks, and outworking your peers. During the SaaS boom, many CEOs promoted cushy comfortable cultures to attract anyone to fill open roles. But what every CEO really wants is a company that achieves ambitious goals for customers and society. And that takes hard working teams of hard working people.
