How can you create a thought leadership content calendar that aligns with your brand goals?
It is easy to produce a good piece of thought leadership once. But can you repeat that the next time? The next year? The year after that? Your audience will value your content and come back to you when you can deliver consistently. Secondly, be topical. If your content is relevant to today’s trends, you can capture your audience’s attention more easily.

How can you create a thought leadership content calendar that aligns with your brand goals?
In the words of Peter Drucker, “you can’t manage what you don’t measure.” So, measure the metrics that are aligned to your goals - be it your website traffic through Google Analytics or likes, shares on your social media posts or your conversation rates. Find answers to questions such as how are your audience finding you? Which channels are driving the most traffic? Monitoring and analyzing these metrics will help you figure out areas of improvement. You can then revise your content strategy accordingly.

How can you create a thought leadership content calendar that aligns with your brand goals?
Be clear on the purpose of the thought leadership. Is the main objective to educate your audience about the topic or is it to differentiate your brand? Clarity on the goal will help in choosing the right metric to measure the impact. If the goal is, say, raising awareness of your brand, then the reach of your content can be measured through impressions, downloads for example. It’s also important to be clear on who your target audience are. Knowing who the audience are and understanding their preferences- how they would like to consume the content, what challenges do they face in this space - will guide the content creation process and will help in figuring out the right channels to reach them.

Determinants of Capital Structure for Indian companies
-
Various capital structure theories proclaim different types of relation among the capital structure determinants. Using debt ratio as a predictand, and firm size, growth opportunities, profitabilty and tangibilty as predictors, I have arrived at a relation to determine the optimum capital structure for an organization.
