Provide backup coverage on complex calendar management due to the volume of meetings the leaders are involved in and for internal and international stakeholders from all levels of the organization where time zones must be anticipated. Complex email support, utilization of independent judgment and action on high level and extremely confidential related items.
      . Provide backup support, versatility and flexibility to broader administrative for the VP and teams as Sports, Hospitality, Entertaining, Music, and Gaming.
      • Manage Leaders travel & expenses (expense reporting, tracking, journal vouchers, reporting, etc.)
      . VP Events' registration for US and Global events.
      • Hospitality- Manage logistics' planning, transportation, coordination and execution of small, medium and large events, like Coachella 2024 and team building events, meetings, celebrations, town halls, training, internal and external best practice/benchmarking sessions, etc.) Space acquisition, pricing/fee negotiation, AV, global technology connections, food service, room setup, etc.
      . Assisting the Sports team on management on Logistics of Premiums and Field of Play elements for the International events like Olympic Games, Cricket, and FIFA Women Football WC and Football World Cup, etc.
      • Finance - POs creation on behalf of US and international vendors, and track invoices and payment processing.
      • Register, meet, and escort guests throughout the Atlanta Office Complex.
