It's critical that rest, visualization and preparation are keys to a good interview. In the maze of mental preparation, sleep can be vastly underrated. The key is restorative sleep. Other factors such as diet and exercise directly effect sleep levels. Avoid eating after 7pm if possible, monitor social media intake and meditate/pray. This helps calm the mind and puts you in a good flow state for recall.
