“When I came on board with Spherion/Randstad in 2008, I reported directly to Kathy, and after a year and a half worked with her on the same leadership team. I can say the reason I got there within that timeframe was solely through her training and mentoring. Kathy takes a no-shortcut attitude when it comes to serving both her external and internal clients. It wasn't uncommon for her to stay after hours or on weekends with her recruiters to motvate and additionally work alongside them in order to fulfill recruiting needs. Kathy cares not only for her clent's needs, but in addition genuinely cares about the well-being of those she manages. I would highly reccomend her for any leadership role where timely and efficient results are being sought.”
