Agree 💯 Jeffrey Eiben! So many companies, big & small, can easily fall into the trap of using tech just for tech's sake and lose site of the actual problems they need to solve or are trying to solve. When you're adopting any kind of new tech, and actually every step along the way of adoption to Day 2 & beyond, it's so important to bring the team back to the original reason for the whole project in the first place. What business need made you adopt a new technology? At the most basic level, the reason for your tech investment was based on some kind of business need. So teams are wise to continue to ask themselves along the journey, Why are we doing this again? What are our goals?
