How can you show clients the true value of digital advertising?
Once you've defined the client's goals, ensure that the proper metrics are being closely measured and reported to reflect how you're measuring up against those goals. You can also define goals and how they are measured in a tiered manner. Primary, secondary and tertiary measurements can also add depth to how you can demonstrate value and even ROI and/or ROAS. Once you are both aligned on all the above, you can better manage their expectations and provide consultative solutions on how to select the best solutions to meet those agreed upon goals. Additionally, regular reporting and optimizations are important in digital marketing. And finally, be fully transparent. That's how you build trust with your client.
