Since 1986, ACTS has been serving families in need in the Aiken, SC area in a variety of ways including providing assistance with food, clothing, utilities, and prescriptions. Mr. Rutland was an ACTS leader, advocate, volunteer and supporter. He was passionate about the charity's mission and its impact on the local community. Mr. Rutland would also involve his children and grandchildren during his weekly volunteer hours, as he filled food orders for families in need and carried out numerous…
Since 1986, ACTS has been serving families in need in the Aiken, SC area in a variety of ways including providing assistance with food, clothing, utilities, and prescriptions. Mr. Rutland was an ACTS leader, advocate, volunteer and supporter. He was passionate about the charity's mission and its impact on the local community. Mr. Rutland would also involve his children and grandchildren during his weekly volunteer hours, as he filled food orders for families in need and carried out numerous other tasks. This simple involvement helped to instill a strong sense of service in all members of Mr. Rutland's family.
Since 2007, Mr. Rutland's extended family has been donating Thanksgiving dinners to families in need through the ACTS organization. -

The Fort Mill Care Center (FMCC) takes on an important role in the Fort Mill community by providing many families around the upstate area assistance with food, the cost of utilities, and many other items. This past year alone the Center provided over 2,580 food donations, $168,000 in utility assistance, $30,000 in prescription assistance, $18,000 in dental assistance, and also provided 428 children with gifts for the holidays.
The 1st Annual FMCC Charity Golf Tournament will raise funds…The Fort Mill Care Center (FMCC) takes on an important role in the Fort Mill community by providing many families around the upstate area assistance with food, the cost of utilities, and many other items. This past year alone the Center provided over 2,580 food donations, $168,000 in utility assistance, $30,000 in prescription assistance, $18,000 in dental assistance, and also provided 428 children with gifts for the holidays.
The 1st Annual FMCC Charity Golf Tournament will raise funds that will go toward the FMCC Capital Campaign. This campaign will help complete the build-out of the new location on Old Nation Road that will give the Center the room and resources it needs to continue the legacy of caring in this rapidly growing community. -

Lily Pad Haven is a nonprofit organization that provides housing for survivors of human trafficking. We have a network of safe houses which can each house up to two guests. Our guests are referred by Government and Non-government organizations that work with victims of human trafficking. We work with our community partners to provide the services needed for our guests to transition back into society. Our funding comes from charitable donations of individuals as well as from partnerships we have…
