With over 12 years of work experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), I am currently the Vice President at the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the largest and most respected provider of ADR services in the world. In this role, I oversee the administration and delivery of high-quality and efficient ADR solutions for a wide range of clients. I also leverage my skills and credentials as a licensed attorney and a certified mediator when educating on the benefits of ADR in business to business disputes. My core competencies include mentoring ADR staff and neutrals, fostering relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, and promoting the use and benefits of ADR as a means of resolving disputes. I am passionate about advancing the field of ADR and contributing to the mission of AAA, which is to provide fair, impartial, and effective dispute resolution services that enhance access to justice and the rule of law. I am also committed to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences and supporting the inclusion and empowerment of underrepresented groups. As Vice President at AAA, I am proud to be part of a team that is leading the way in ADR innovation and excellence.
