Providers Are Hesitant about Value Based Care: What Will Make Them Ready? (Part 2, Value's Tipping Point series)
White Paper / eBook
This is part two of our "VBC's Tipping Point" series. If you missed the first part, you can read more about why value-based care is closer than you think. In the previous article, Amy Stevens, General Manager of Provider Performance and Innovation at Innovaccer, debunked three common myths about the barriers faced by health systems in transitioning to value-based care:

In the previous article, Amy Stevens, General Manager of Provider Performance and Innovation at Innovaccer, debunked three common myths about the barriers faced by health systems in transitioning to value-based care:
"Health systems are at a disadvantage in a consumer-focused world."
"Health systems can't do technology."
"Health systems don't have the money."
However, the truth, although counterintuitive, tells a different story.
Value-based care represents a profound transformation in care delivery. Technology plays an enabling role, but it is not the sole solution. The digital transformation of healthcare is necessary, but it is currently progressing at a slower pace.
In this article, Amy Stevens continues to debunk more myths about the provider's journey toward value-based care.
Read this eBook to explore the following topics:
Why healthcare needs a digital transformation.
How healthcare can harness the potential of its massive amounts of data through technological advancements.
Why the shift to value-based care is a transition rather than an instant transformation.
The importance of driving enhanced healthcare outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
How care teams can predict their performance against targets and make necessary adjustments along the way to optimize available revenue. -
Why Value Based Care is closer than we think (Part 1, Value's Tipping Point series)
White Paper / eBook
The pace at which value-based care (VBC) is growing could have a $1 trillion enterprise value, as per McKinsey.
Our GDP can attest to an incredible amount of money floating in the healthcare system. If we move the dollars around, the math works for VBC models too. A sequence of payers attaching a monetary reward for providers for producing consistent patient engagement and improvement is rapidly gaining confidence.

Amy Stevens, General Manager, Provider Performance and Innovation at Innovaccer, sheds light on the not-so-distant VBC reality and the biggest myths that act as barriers to VBC success.
After reading this eBook, you will be able to find answers to:
What are the forces of change in the accelerated growth of value-based care?
What are the biggest myths that act as perceived barriers to success?
Why healthcare must focus on retail capabilities to propel growth in a consumer-focused world?
Should health systems invest in building their tech stack or opt for pre-existing solutions?

Take a moment to explore this new idea for a new era of healthcare CRM. This informational guide will give you exclusive insights that reveal:
The four C’s disrupting the market for provider services
How to eliminate barriers to systemness
Driving health system volume and growth
How integrating the data expands the aperture
Keys to directing patients to the right services

From research and in-depth interviews with other chief strategy officers across the country, The Strategy Group explored the nexus of operations and strategy, and how these leaders have the opportunity to ask questions other executives in the organization can't or won't; they resolve strategic issues that most leaders aren't comfortable facing; they provide clarity and simplicity to complex issues, and they model for senior teams how to operationalize strategic initiatives so practical business outcomes can be achieved.
Invited participants from across the nation met routinely at the Catalyst Ranch (Chicago) for the unique year-long engagement, hosted by Navvis & Co.
