Throughout their NBA Internship, interns across various departments collaborate on unique projects to provide new solutions to business opportunities for the NBA. Our team developed a timely Omnichannel Strategy to create continuity across the NBA Store on 5th Ave in NYC, opening in December 2015, NBAStore.com, NBA Store mobile, Game Time app and social media purchasing. Our strategy focused on 6 pillars to create a seamless experience for NBA's consumers, thus transforming the multi-channel platform into a true omnichannel.
We presented our findings and proposed strategy to 30+ NBA employees including our managers and the President of Global Operations and Merchandising, Salvatore LaRocca. Our project's success was recognized when we were asked to present our findings to Fanatics, the third party operator of both the NBA's brick-and-mortar and online stores.

We evaluated programs and developed high level recommendations for France, India, South Africa, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil and Turkey in order to increase the reach of Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA programs.
